Chidorigafuchi Moat is one of Tokyo's most scenic spots for cherry blossoms. As soon as you exit Kudanshita Station (Tozai and Hanzomon Line), the cherries unfold right before your eyes.

On July 13, 2009, I went to see the floating lantern festival held on the Chidorigafuchi moat.

In Japanese, the festival is called Chiyoda-ku Noryo no Yuube. 千代田区納涼の夕べ
