Hot-air balloons lit up at Kubo Park for one hour during sunset. No flying, just a grounded, colorful illumination with pop music and cheers from the crowd. This was actually a 2022 Christmas Eve event, but it was postponed twice due to bad weather. Finally held on this day on Jan. 22, 2023. Near JR Koga Station.
