Yokosuka, Japan (Feb. 21, 2007) – Vice President Dick Cheney speaks to a group of nearly 4,000 Japan-based military personnel, family members and Department of Defense civilian employees during a visit to USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63). During his speech, Cheney thanked the troops for their support of the global war on terrorism.
