In early April when the cherries are in bloom, rides on wooden tub boats (tarai-bune) are offered. The rides sell out quickly.Apr 27, 2009

The Shiki no Michi Promenade starts near Ogaki Station and follows along a moat or canal for about 2.2 km. There is a nice walking path and some parts have cherry blossoms.Apr 27, 2009
