Nagahara Station (永原駅) is a JR train station in Nagahama, Shiga Prefecture on the JR Kosei Line operated by West Japan Railway Company (JR West).

Before railroads were built, this area was a port town teeming with wooden maruko-bune boats plying across Lake Biwa between Otsu and this area of northern Lake Biwa.
