Yokosuka, Japan (Sept. 15, 2006) - USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63) Sailors man the rails as the ship enters Truman Bay after completing a 99-day summer underway period which included port calls to Otaru, Japan; Singapore; Perth, Australia; Laem Chabang, Thailand. Kitty Hawk also participated in Valiant Shield 2006, the largest joint Navy and Air Force exercise conducted since Operation Desert Storm.
