Halloween costumers and cosplayers of all kinds gathered in Shibuya on on Oct. 31, 2016. Halloween in Japan is fast becoming a major seasonal/commercial event, on par with Valentine's Day. Halloween merchandise has been taking off in Japan.Nov 04, 2016
